Devices & Prototyping
- Night King Lightbox A full product cycle: KiCad schematic and layout, fabrication, a root-cause debug, an enclosure designed off my own board, and scope validation.
- VVIR Cardiac Pacemaker A closed-loop pacemaker built across six modules and demonstrated on live frog-heart tissue, from microvolt sensing to rate-adaptive pacing.
- mHealth Tympanometer An on-device display and a tympanogram-labeling web stack for a handheld pediatric middle-ear screening device.
Mechanical & CAD
- Hybrid III 6YO Neck — CAD & Engineering Drawings A five-part crash-test-dummy neck assembly, modeled in Onshape and detailed to drafting standard with a full bill of materials.
- Enclosure Design & 3D Printing The lightbox enclosure, modeled in Onshape around the board I had just laid out.
Test & Validation
- Lightbox — Control Characterization Both control inputs swept and the timing loop measured on a scope, then fitted.
- Pacemaker — Strength–Duration Curve Threshold current against stimulus duration on frog myocardium, fitted to set the firmware’s pulse width.
- Diagnostic Ultrasound — Acquisition & Measurement Driving a clinical ultrasound system on a training phantom and placing measurement calipers.
Modeling & Imaging
- OCT Simulator A frequency-domain OCT pipeline built from scratch, linking source bandwidth to axial resolution.
- Brain Tumor Segmentation A 2D-Fourier segmentation pipeline that treats each MRI slice as a signal, benchmarked against Otsu thresholding.
- CAR-T Tumor–Immune Modeling An ODE model of CD19-directed CAR-T therapy in pediatric B-ALL, linking efficacy against toxicity.
